After-sales Regulations for Refurbished Accessories

Note: This accessory is a refurbished product. Each refurbished accessory has traces of use. This is an inevitable situation. If you mind, you can buy a brand new one.

1. No returns or refunds will be accepted for refurbished accessories unless there are special circumstances.
Special circumstances such as:

u2460If we do not ship within 7 days after you place an order (except domestic and foreign holidays) or do not have a logistics order number, you can apply for a return and refund,
u2461If the logistics problem causes the loss of parts, or the accessory is damaged and cannot be used by logistics, you can apply for a return and refund,
u2462If the refurbished accessories is temporarily out of stock and you do not want to wait, you can apply for a return and refund.

2. We promise to let you receive a refurbished accessory that can be used. If you receive the accessory and assemble it and find that is faulty and cannot be used, please contact us as soon as possible. We will send new accessories from the 0verseas warehouse for you to replace for your use. If the accessories in the 0verseas warehouse are insufficient, we will send them from China.

Refurbished accessories only have 3 months of after-sales channels


, and the warranty channels will be closed after 3 months.


u2460 Please check the accessoriy within 7 days after receiving it to check whether the it is usable or missing accessories. If the accessories are missing after 7 days, they will not be sent free of charge.
u2461 The refurbished accessory will no longer be free of charge after 15 days from the date of receipt, but technical questions and usage instructions will still be provided.
u2462 In special circumstances, we will extend your warranty period. For example, if you assemble the accessory immediately after receiving it, but find a fault and cannot use it, we will send you new accessories, and the warranty period will be calculated from the time you sign for the accessories.

Refurbished accessories generally do not support exchanges.
If you are not used to the appearance of the refurbished accessory you received and want to exchange it, you need to do so within 7 days of receiving the goods, and you need to pay the shipping cost of the exchange and the shipping cost of the accessory.
Please note that the exchanged accessory is still a refurbished accessory.
